Common questions
A subscription for when you're running multiple strata reviews in one billing month. You pay $100 per month and can complete up to 10 full analyses during each billing period (unused reviews don't roll over). You need an account and must be signed in when you upload. If you only need one review, use $20 pay-as-you-go on the analyse page — no subscription.
One report = one strata document analysis. You can upload multiple PDFs at once (e.g. AGM minutes + financials + by-laws) and they count as a single report. Each new property or run of the analysis counts as one report.
PDF only. Most strata reports, AGM minutes, financial statements, and strata search certificates are issued as PDFs. Maximum file size is 50 MB per file. Scanned (image-only) PDFs may produce lower quality results.
Cancel anytime via Stripe billing portal or account billing links — your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Documents are processed securely and not shared with third parties. PDFs are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase/AWS). We use Stripe for all payments — Stratamate never stores card details. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
